Base Pay: Your
base salary compensates you for the value you bring to the firm and for
meeting our everyday high expectations. We try to make base pay
externally competitive, internally equitable and connected to
performance.
Due to the nature of the services we provide at Virtual Recruiters, if a Search Consultant prefers to work as an independent contractor, that is equally supported. Whether your choice is 1099 or W2, either way you will not be working in a commission environment and can focus all of your energy towards giving our clients the absolute best service possible. Our incentive plans are designed with our clients in mind and are directly linked to success in helping managers hire good people. When you help them succeed, you succeed.
